Well here is your opportunity to get fitter, always want to go out for a jog but have not got the motivation, or a woman running on your own and don't feel comfortable or safe. Well at ABS we have the ideal opportunity for you now.

Come and join us for group running and motivation while going for a jog, we have formed a group for beginners and intermidiate runners who like to run to keep fit or in training for a charity run. We meet at a safe place in the evenings and the trainers will encourage you and guide you while running.

So if you want to go for a run but don't feel the need to join the local athletics club then our personal trainers along with a small group of other runners you'll find is the ideal place where you can feel comfortable and go at a pace you can keep up with.
