athletics club then our personal trainers along with a small group of other
runners you'll find is the ideal place where you can feel comfortable and go at

The importance of progressing your training |

Many people at some point join a gym, take up a new sport or
simply make a decision to become more active in order to raise fitness levels,
lose weight or generally feel better about themselves. At first motivation
levels are high and the novelty surrounding the change of routine feels
exciting. However, without the structured and regularly adjusted training
programme results may not occur as quickly as desired.
If confronted with the same training stimulus, the body adapts and progress
reaches a plateau, eventually leading to a regression in fitness levels. This
can leave you feeling disillusioned and bored and what was once a fun pastime
can now seem like a chore. Eventually the training stops and you resume
your old routine, this time without the sense of achievement you'd hope to now
have. |

tension in certain areas of our bodies, sometimes unknowingly. Massage
